eg, for the header of the forum.
icons for each category of members,
and the affilate icon for affilations =D

PS: All applicants will have to undergo a test.We will need to ask you to design a layout/banner/icons to see if you are accepted to be a graphic designer This is to see if you can come up with different designs and not always designing the same thing. We have the right to remove you as a graphic designer if we see you not doing your job.
